    A. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express online.

  • Q. Order Processing Fees

    A. We do not have or charge any processing fees or costs.

  • Q. Sales Tax

    A. Taxes are required to be collected based on the Province that the order is being shipped to and will be charged accordingly at checkout.

  • Q. Final Sale

    A. As this is a custom product, made to fit your windows based on measurements you have provided (see how to measure) and the very brief period from order to manufacturing it is our policy that once payment has been made that the all sales are final and subject to our Warranty Policy.

  • Q. Multiple Shipments

    A. Although we try and ship all your items together at times products purchased may ship on different days, accordingly you may receive multiple shipments if you are ordering more than one blind. Remember once your order has been shipped you can track your order online using the tracking number provided to you.

  • Q. Shipping and Delivery

    A. Our goal is to ship your product within 7-10 business days of receipt of your paid order – this applies to business days only and excludes weekends, holidays and any other unforeseen situations. All orders placed after 3 pm (2:30 pm in NL) will not be processed until the following business day. Once we ship your order it may take between 3-5 additional business days for your order to arrive at its destination depending on where you live in relation to our shipping in Toronto, Canada. All orders are shipped via Ground delivery. Delivery times given are estimates and may vary by location, weather and time of year.
